Parent Organization: Student Activities and Leadership Programs
We the people of the Dignified Educated United Crust Eaters Society, hereby set forth to make sure that no crust go uneaten and to bring a stop to the discrimination of crust.
Basically, DEUCES was birthed from a pointless debate between a group of friends. We were sitting at one of the dining halls eating lunch, when one friend didn't finish the crust of his pizza. A couple of us in the group of friends started giving him a hard time about it, pointing out that the "crust is the best part of the pizza"; to which he and another friend argued that it wasn't. The argument went on for days; each time we went to lunch or dinner we would pick up where we left off, with new evidence to support our cases. Finally the non-crust-eaters said that if we crust-eaters felt so strongly about crust that we should start a group of crust-eaters or something. We took their comment to heart and wrote up a constitution to submit to become an official RSO, and sure enough we were accepted!
DEUCES plans to become a social club where crust-eaters can unite and have a good time. We will make sure that crust gets the appreciation it deserves!
